Reconstitution Instructions

1. Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with sterile syringe
2. Inject slowly down vial wall; avoid foaming
3. Gently swirl/roll until dissolved (do not shake)
4. Label and refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F), protected from light
5. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles
